【摘要】:Thistestmethodauditsthevolumeofmaterialinastockpileandisusedwithadensityvaluetocalculateatonnagecalculationvalueusedtocomparethebookvaluetothephysicalinventoryresults.Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminethevolumeofcoalorothermaterialsinastockpile.1.1Thistestmethodcoversproceduresconcerningsitepreparation,technicalprocedures,qualitycontrol,andequipmenttodirecttheeffortsfordeterminingvolumesofbulkmaterial.Theseproceduresincludepracticalandacceptedmethodsofvolumetricdetermination.1.2Thistestmethodallowsforonlytwovolumecomputationmethods.1.2.1ContourTestMethodSeeand.1.2.2Cross-SectionTestMethodSeeand1.2.3Thistestmethodrequiresdirectoperatorcompilationforbothcontoursandcross-sectiondevelopment.1.2.4TheuseofDigitalTerrainModelsoftwareandprocedurestocreatecontoursorcrosssectionsforvolumecalculationisNOTencompassedinthistestmethod.Note1AtaskgrouphasbeenestablishedtodevelopatestmethodforDigitalTerrainModeling(DTM)procedures.Itwilladdressallknowndatacollectionproceduressuchasconventionalgroundsurvey,photogrammetry,geodeticpositioningsatellite(GPS),andsoforth.1.3Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninparentheses.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemisusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemscanresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
