【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241providesergonomicsguidanceandspecificationsforthedesignofaccessiblesoftwareforuseatwork,inthehome,ineducationandinpublicplaces.Itcoversissuesassociatedwithdesigningaccessiblesoftwareforpeoplewiththewidestrangeofphysical,sensoryandcognitiveabilities,includingthosewhoaretemporarilydisabled,andtheelderly.ItaddressessoftwareconsiderationsforaccessibilitythatcomplementgeneraldesignforusabilityasaddressedbyISO9241-110,IS09241-11toISO9241-17,ISO14915andISO13407.ThispartofISO9241isapplicabletotheaccessibilityofinteractivesystems.Itaddressesawiderangeofsoftware(e.g.office,Web,learningsupportandlibrarysystems).Itpromotestheincreasedusabilityofsystemsforawiderrangeofusers.Whileitdoesnotcoverthebehaviourof,orrequirementsfor,assistivetechnologies(includingassistivesoftware),itdoesaddresstheuseofassistivetechnologiesasanintegratedcomponentofinteractivesystems.Itisintendedforusebythoseresponsibleforthespecification,design,development,evaluationandprocurementofsoftwareplatformsandsoftwareapplications.
