【摘要】:ISO11960:2004specifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforsteelpipes(casing,tubing,plainendcasinglinersandpupjoints),couplingstockandaccessoriesandestablishesrequirementsforthreeProductSpecificationLevels(PSL-1,PSL-2,PSL-3).TherequirementsforPSL-1arethebasisofISO11960:2004.TherequirementsthatdefinedifferentlevelsofstandardtechnicalrequirementsforPSL-2andPSL-3,forallGradesexceptH-40andL-809Cr,arecontainedinAnnexH.ISO11960:2004isapplicabletothefollowingconnectionsinaccordancewithAPISpec5B:--shortroundthreadcasing(STC);--longroundthreadcasing(LC);--buttressthreadcasing(BC);--extreme-linecasing(XC);--non-upsettubing(NU);--externalupsettubing(EU);--integraljointtubing(IJ).Forsuchconnections,ISO11960:2004specifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforcouplingsandthreadprotection.SupplementaryrequirementsthatmayoptionallybeagreedforenhancedleakresistanceconnectionsaregiveninAnnexA.11(SR22).ISO11960:2004canalsobeappliedtotubularswithconnectionsnotcoveredbyISO/APIstandards.ForpipescoveredbyISO11960:2004,thesizes,massesandwallthicknessesaswellasgradesandapplicableendfinishesaregiven.Byagreementbetweenthepurchaserandmanufacturer,ISO11960:2004canalsobeappliedtootherplainendpipesizesandwallthicknesses.ThefourgroupsofproductstowhichISO11960:2004isapplicableincludethefollowinggradesofpipe:--Group1:AllcasingandtubinginGradesH,J,KandN;--Group2:AllcasingandtubinginGradesC,L,MandT;--Group3:AllcasingandtubinginGradeP;--Group4:AllcasinginGradeQ.CasingsizeslargerthanLabel1:4-1/2butsmallerthanLabel1:10-3/4maybespecifiedbythepurchasertobeusedintubingservice.Supplementaryrequirementsthatmayoptionallybeagreedbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturerfornon-destructiveexamination,couplingblanks,upsetcasing,electric-weldedcasing,impacttesting,sealringcouplingsandcertificatesaregiveninAnnexA.ISO11960:2004isnotapplicabletothreadingrequirements.
