【摘要】:ThisPubliclyAvailableSpecification(PAS)providesemployerswithguidanceongoodpracticefortheassessmentandmanagementofpsychosocialrisksinaworkplaceenvironment.ThisPASisapplicabletohumanresourcesmanagersandspecialists,occupationalhealthandsafetymanagersandspecialists,managersandownersofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises(SMEs),andemployeerepresentatives.ThisPASismostlikelytobeusedbyorganizationsthatwishto:a)establishastrategyandprocessofpsychosocialriskmanagementtoeliminateorminimizeriskstopersonnelandotherinterestedpartieswhocouldbeexposedtopsychosocialhazardsassociatedwithitsactivities;b)implement,maintainandcontinuallyimprovethepsychosocialriskmanagementprocessandrelatedpractices;c)assurethemselvesoftheirconformitywiththeirstatedoccupationalhealthandsafety(OH&S)andpsychosocialriskpolicy.TheguidanceandrecommendationsinthisPASareintendedtobeincorporatedintoanyOH&Smanagementsystem.TheextentoftheapplicationwilldependonsuchfactorsastheOH&Spolicyoftheorganization,thenatureofitsactivitiesandtherisksandcomplexityofitsoperations.
