【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofdeoxynivalenol(DON)incereals(grainandflour),cerealbasedfoodsandcerealbasedfoodsforinfantsandyoungchildrenbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)withimmunoaffinitycleanupandUVdetection.Thismethodhasbeenvalidatedinthreeinterlaboratorystudies.Thefirststudywasfortheanalysisofsamplesofwheat,riceflour,oatflour,maize,polenta,andwheatbasedbreakfastcerealrangingfrom85,4μg/kgto1768μg/kg,thesecondstudywasforwheatandmaizerangingfrom165μg/kgto4700μg/kgandthethirdstudywasforcerealbasedfoodsforinfantsandyoungchildrenrangingfrom58μg/kgto452μg/kg.Forfurtherinformationonthevalidation,seeClause9andAnnexB.
