【摘要】:Thisspecificationdescribessolventreleasesealantsforgeneralcaulkingandsealingoperationsinbuildingconstruction.However,itshouldberecognizedbytheuserthatnotallsealantsmeetingthisspecificationaresuitableforallapplicationsandallsubstratesandthatthereisnoimplicationthatthesealantsareequivalentinallphysicalproperties.RefertoGuideC1193forinformationontheproperuseofsealantsmeetingthisspecification.1.1Thisspecificationdescribesthepropertiesofaone-componentsolventreleasesealantforuseinbuildingconstruction.Thesesealantsaregenerallyformulatedtowithstandamaximumjointmovementof7.5%inextensionand7.5%incompressionofthenominaljointwidth.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3ThecommitteewithjurisdictionofthisspecificationisnotawareofanysimilarspecificationwithinISOoranyotherorganization.
