【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesthegeneralrequirementsfordeliveryofqualifiedproductsthroughmanufacturinglineapprovalundertheIECQsystemandforregistrationintheQualifiedManufacturerList(QML).Inthisstandard,thetermQMLisalsousedtodesignatetheprocedureassociatedwithmanufacturinglineapproval.Thisstandardalsodescribesproceduresandrequirementsfortheapproval,qualificationandregistrationofamanufacturingline,formaintenanceoftheQML,forauditsandfortheautomaticqualificationofproductsfromtheapprovedmanufacturingline.AfterlistingamanufacturinglineonaQML,themanufacturerwillcontinuallymeetorimprovetheestablishedbaselineofcertifiedandqualifiedprocedures,theTQMplan,theTechnologyReviewBoard(TRB),thestatusreportingandqualityandreliabilityassurancerequirementsforallQMLproducts.ThestandardisapplicableforISO9000certifiedmanufacturersofsemiconductordevicesfrommembercountriesofIECQ.
