【摘要】:1.1PurposeThispartofISO/IEC19770establishesabaselineforanintegratedsetofprocessesforSoftwareAssetManagement(SAM).1.2FieldofapplicationThispartofISO/IEC19770appliestoSAMprocessesandcanbeimplementedbyorganizationstoachieveimmediatebenefits.ISO/IEC19770-2providesaspecificationforSAMdata,whichrequiresimplementationbysoftwaremanufacturers(externalandinternal)andbytooldevelopersforitsfullbenefitstobeachieved.ItisintendedthatthispartofISO/IEC19770beanimplementationstandardfororganizations.FutureeditionsmayprovideanassessmentframeworkthatisalignedtotherequirementsinISO/IEC15504-2.ThispartofISO/IEC19770appliestoallorganizationsofanysizeorsector.ThispartofISO/IEC19770canonlybeappliedtoalegalentity,ortopartsofasinglelegalentity.NOTEThedefinitionoforganizationalscopeisdocumentedaspartoftheCorporategovernanceprocessforSAM.ThispartofISO/IEC19770maybeappliedtoanorganizationwhichhasoutsourcedSAMprocesses,withtheresponsibilityfordemonstratingconformancealwaysremainingwiththeoutsourcingorganization.ThispartofISO/IEC19770canbeappliedtoallsoftwareandrelatedassets,regardlessofthenatureofthesoftware.Forexample,itcanbeappliedtoexecutablesoftware(suchasapplicationprograms,operatingsystemsandutilityprograms)andtonon-executablesoftware(suchasfonts,graphics,audioandvideorecordings,templates,dictionaries,documentsanddata).NOTEThedefinitionofsoftwareassetscope(softwaretypestobeincludedwithinthescope)isdocumentedaspartoftheSAMPlandevelopedinthePlanningforSAMprocess.Itmaybedefinedinanywayconsideredappropriatebytheorganization,suchasforallsoftware,forallprogramsoftware,forallsoftwareonspecificplatforms,orforthesoftwareofspecifiedmanufacturers,aslongasitisunambiguous.ThefollowingformsofsoftwareassetsarewithinthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19770:a)softwareuserights,reflectedbyfullownership(asforin-housedevelopedsoftware)andlicenses(asformostexternallysourcedsoftware,whethercommercialoropen-source);b)softwareforuse,whichcontainstheintellectualpropertyvalueofsoftware(includingoriginalsoftwareprovidedbysoftwaremanufacturersanddevelopers,softwarebuilds,andsoftwareasinstalledandexecuted);andc)mediaholdingcopiesofsoftwareforuse.
