【摘要】:Statisticalprocesscontrol(SPC)concernstheuseofstatisticaltechniquesand/orstatisticalorstochasticcontrolalgorithmstoachieveoneormoreofthefollowingobjectives:a)toincreaseknowledgeaboutaprocess;b)tosteeraprocesstobehaveinthedesiredway;c)toreducevariationoffinal-productparameters,orinotherwaysimproveperformanceofaprocess.TheseguidelinesgivetheelementsforimplementinganSPCsystemtoachievetheseobjectives.Thecommoneconomicobjectiveofstatisticalprocesscontrolistoincreasegoodprocessoutputsproducedforagivenamountofresourceinputs.NOTE1SPCoperatesmostefficientlybycontrollingvariationofaprocessparameteroranin-processproductparameterthatiscorrelatedwithafinal-productparameter;and/orbyincreasingtheprocess'srobustnessagainstthisvariation.Asupplier'sfinal-productparametermaybeaprocessparametertothenextdownstreamsupplier'sprocess.NOTE2AlthoughSPCisconcernedwithmanufacturedgoods,itisalsoapplicabletoprocessesproducingservicesortransactions(forexample,thoseinvolvingdata,communications,software,ormovementofmaterials).ThispartofISO11462specifiesSPCsystemguidelinesforuse—whenasupplier'scapabilitytoreducevariationinprocessesassociatedwithdesignorproductionneedstobeprovenorimproved;or—whenasupplierisbeginningSPCimplementationtoachievesuchcapability.Theseguidelinesarenotintendedforcontractual,regulatoryorcertificationuse.
