【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoresidualcurrentoperatedcircuit-breakerswithintegralovercurrentprotectionfunctionallyindependentof,orfunctionallydependenton,linevoltageforhouseholdandsimilaruses(hereafterreferredtoasRCBOs),forratedvoltagesnotexceeding440Va.a,ratedcurrentsnotexceeding125Aandratedshort-circuitcapacitiesnotexceeding25000Aforoperationat50Hzor60Hz.Thesedevicesareintendedtoprotectpeopleagainstindirectcontact,theexposedconductivepartsoftheinstallationbeingconnectedtoanappropriateearthelectrodeandtoprotectagainstovercurrentsthewiringinstallationsofbuildingsandsimilarapplications.Theymaybeusedtoprovideprotectionagainstfirehazardsduetoapersistentearthfaultcurrent,withouttheoperationoftheovercurrentprotectivedevice.RCBOshavingaratedresidualoperatingcurrentnotexceeding30mAarealsousedasameansforadditionalprotectioninthecaseoffailureoftheprotectivemeansagainstelectricshock.Thisstandardappliestodevicesperformingsimultaneouslythefunctionofdetectionoftheresidualcurrent,ofcomparisonofthevalueofthiscurrentwiththeresidualoperatingvalueandofopeningoftheprotectedcircuitwhentheresidualcurrentexceedsthisvalue,andalsoofperformingthefunctionofmaking,carryingandbreakingovercurrentsunderspecifiedconditions.NOTE1ThecontentofthepresentstandardrelatedtotheoperationunderresidualcurrentconditionsisbasedonIEC61008.ThecontentofthepresentstandardrelatedtoprotectionagainstovercurrentsisbasedonIEC60898.NOTE2RCBOsareessentiallyintendedtobeoperatedbyuninstructedpersonsanddesignednottorequiremaintenance.Theymaybesubmittedforcertificationpurposes.NOTE3InstallationandapplicationrulesofRCBOsaregiveninIEC60364.RCBOsofthegeneraltypeareresistanttounwantedtripping,includingthecasewheresurgevoltages(asaresultofswitchingtransientsorinducedbylightning)causeloadingcurrentsintheinstallationwithoutoccurrenceofflashover.RCBOsoftheStypeareconsideredtobesufficientlyproofagainstunwantedtrippingevenifthesurgevoltagecausesaflashoverandafollow-oncurrentoccurs.NOTE4SurgearrestersinstalleddownstreamofthegeneraltypeofRCBOsandconnectedincommonmodemaycauseunwantedtripping.NOTE5RCBOswithinthescopeofthepresentstandardareconsideredassuitableforisolation(see8.1.3).Specialprecautions(e.g.lightningarresters)maybenecessarywhenexcessiveovervoltagesarelikelytooccuronthesupplyside(forexampleinthecaseofsupplythroughoverheadlines)(seeIEC60364-4-443).NOTE6ForRCBOshavingadegreeofprotectionhigherthanIP20specialconstructionsmayberequired.ThisstandardalsoappliestoRCBOsobtainedbytheassemblyofanadaptableresidualcurrentdevicewithacircuit-breaker.Themechanicalassemblyshallbeeffectedinthefactorybythemanufacturer,oronsite,inwhichcasetherequirementsofannexGshallapply.ItalsoappliestoRCBOshavingmorethanoneratedcurrent,providedthatthemeansforchangingfromonediscreteratingtoanotherisnotaccessibleinnormalserviceandthattheratingcannotbechangedwithouttheuseofatool.SupplementaryrequirementsmaybenecessaryforRCBOsoftheplug-intype.ParticularrequirementsarenecessaryforRCBOsincorporatedinorintendedonlyforassociationwithplugsandsocket-outletsorwithappliancecouplersforhouseholdandsimilargeneralpurposes.NOTE7Forthetimebeing,forRCBOsincorporatedin,orintendedonlyforplugsandsocket-outlets,therequirementsofthisstandardinconjunctionwiththerequirementsofIEC600884-1maybeused,asfarasapplicable.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-RCBOsintendedtoprotectmotors,-RCBOsthecurrentsettingofwhichisadjustablebymeansacc
