【摘要】:Thisdocumentappliestoportablepumpsusingfire-fightingcentrifugalpumpsasdefinedinEN1028,drivenbyaninternalcombustionengineandnotintendedtobepermanentlyinstalledinfire-fightingandrescueservicevehiclesandnotintendedforprolongedunattendedoperation.NOTE1Ifuseoftheportablepumpisforeseenforprolongedunattendedoperation,thisshouldbeagreedbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturerorthemanufacturer'sauthorizedrepresentativeatthetimeofordering.Inthiscaseanadditionalriskanalysisshouldbecarriedout.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoportablefire-fightingpumpsasdescribedabove,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Itaddressesthedesign,settingup,andoperationoftheportablepump.Thisdocumentalsospecifiesperformancerequirementsforportablepumpsinitsscope.Thisdocumentappliestoportablepumpsusedinambienttemperaturesbetween-15℃and+35℃.NOTE2Additionalmeasuresmaybenecessaryforambienttemperaturesbeyondthelimits-15℃and+35℃Thisdocumentdoesnotcovertheeffectonperformanceofwaterinlettemperaturesabove+20℃.Thisdocumentdoesnotcontainanyrequirementsforinletandoutletconnectioncouplings.NOTE3Forinletandoutletconnectioncouplingsnationalregulationsapply.Thedesignshouldbeagreedatthetimeoforderingbetweenpurchaserandthemanufacturerormanufacturer'sauthorizedrepresentative.Thisdocumentdoesnotcontainspecificrequirementsforthedrivingenginebutdealswiththehazardsrelatedtotheinterfacebetweenengineandpump.Whileproducingthisdocumentitwasassumedthat:--onlytrainedpersonsoperateandmaintainthemachine;--componentsarekeptingoodrepairandworkingorder,sothattherequiredcharacteristicsaremaintained.Thenoisetestcodeconsideredinthisdocument(seeAnnexE)willallowexperienceinthemeasurementofnoiseemissiontobegainedwithaviewtofuturerevisions.ThisdocumentdoesnotapplytoportablepumpsthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisdocument.
